| How to place order to the shopping cart |
| There are four steps in which you have to complete for the online order to be processed. |
Step 1, You will either login as a return user, or be ask to enter your ID and a Password to create a new account for you. You will then go on to finish step 1 with your billing and shipping information as well as the credit card info. After which the account has been created, you then need to confirm shipping address again on Step 2. Step 3, Allows you to choose payment methods with different credit cards. Step 4, As soon as your order is processed, it will be shipped.
After you have select the product that you wish to buy, click "Add to Cart" and you will see the product in the shopping cart. Click "Checkout" and continue to fill out the online order form. If you wish to cancel the order, simply press "Remove." If you wish to continue to shop, click "Continue Shopping" and it will bring you to the home page again.

Once an order has been placed and order status change to "Money Transfer Received" which is mean we start processing your order, we do not allow for order or item cancellation. We kindly suggest that you read the product information carefully before confirming your order. The order that placed but no payment transfer to Yebuda.com, you can cancel your order anytime. |
If the product has already been shipped, you will need to make arrangements to return it to Yebuda.com. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping to and from the scheduled destination. Product must be returned on the skid that it was shipped on and in the same condition that it was received. All order cancellations must have a return authorization number, all returns without authorization will be refused.

Terms & Conditions
General for all products 1) All returns must be sent back to Yebuda.com's office with prior authorization, i.e. a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded. 2) Returned items must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded. 3) Yebuda.com may or may not reship the replacement or repaired items by courier. Yebuda.com reserves the right to decide upon reshipping methods. 4) Yebuda.com is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend that you send your return via Registered Air Mail to ensure that it reaches us. 5) Yebuda.com reserves the right to change our return policies and/or reject any exchange requests for any reason without prior notice. Should there be any dispute, Yebuda.com's decision will be final.
Defective Item Exchange 1) Yebuda.com will be responsible for return shipping costs if the defective claim is confirmed to be valid, and if the defective items are returned via Regular Air Mail or Registered Air Mail. Return shipping costs will be refunded in Yebuda Store Credit Point within seven (7) days of receipt of your return. No compensation for shipping costs will be provided when using other shipping methods, including Courier Services or Express Mail. 2) In cases of defective return, Yebuda.com will provide a replacement item instead of a refund. If the product are sold out before replacment process, it may be considered for refund.
Size Exchange Because we carry limited inventory, we are unable to process size exchanges. If you are dissatisfied with an item, please return the item to us as below :
Unwanted or Unopened Item Refund 1) Unwanted or unopened items returned to Yebuda.com must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded. Customers are required to bear return shipping fees in cases of unwanted or unopened returns. Yebuda.com will not be responsible if return shipments are lost during return transit. 2) Refunds for unwanted or unopened items will be made in Yebuda Credit Point only and will be processed when returned products are received and confirmed to be in mint condition by Yebuda.com. 3) If you return some of the items in your original shipment . Refunds will be made in Yebuda Credit Point only product cost and will be processed when returned products are received and confirmed to be in mint condition by Yebuda.com.
